We are now meeting at the Kootenai School Gym for our Adult Sunday School and Morning Worship services.

Adult Sunday School begins at 9:15 AM. The Worship Service starts at 10:45 AM.

Children's Sunday School meets in the church building across the street starting at 9:15 AM.

 

 

  

 

1 Corinthians 12:4-5, 7 - “Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit. And there are varieties of ministries, but the same Lord. But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.”

 Our goal is to minister to women within the local church through:
* Encouraging spiritual growth
* Developing spiritual gifts
* Equipping for service within the church
* Outreach to the community


    The Women's Ministry focuses on serving the Body of Christ in Kootenai in the areas of:

 

Spiritual Growth

    * Bible Studies: Our focus on spiritual growth includes Women's Bible Studies (currently studying the Sermon on the Mount - Matthew 5-7) in two different locations and times. Contact Marcia Whetsel (683-3927) for more information.

    * Spiritual Mentoring: Our C.H.A.T.S. program (Coaching, Heartwarming And Tutoring Services), counseling and book clubs all serve to stimulate spiritual growth through personal discipleship and mentoring.

 

 

 

Hospitality and Service

    Our Hospitality and Helps ministries provide flowers and sometimes meals for the sick, and organize and serve our church banquets and dinners.

 

 

 

 

Fellowship and Outreach


    Our Fellowship and Outreach portion of the Women's Ministry oversees the Fellowship Dinners, Ladies Night Out, Bridal and Baby Showers, Women's Retreats, and our Breast Cancer Survivors Alive ministry.
