A look at the Bible's teaching
concerning its own sufficiency. What does the Bible
claim for itself? Is it reliable? How central is this
issue to the stability of your Christian walk? If the
Bible is sufficient and all that it claims to be, then
we do not need God to speak to us apart from Scripture.
Part 3: Shhh! I'm Trying To Hear God's Voice!: We take a look at the
instances of divine guidance in the Bible, particularly
the book of Acts. What does direct divine guidance look
like? To whom was it given, and why?
Part 4: Impressions, Leadings, And Hearing Voices:
Does God lead us through our
impressions and still small voices. We take a look at
these practices and the texts that are used to support
them.
Part 5: Peaces, Fleeces, And Other Signs:
A look the practice of making
decisions based on a "peace in the heart," "divine
fleeces" and other signs.

those who think they should live their lives by
